Scandinavian Cookie Making Workshop at Schumacher Farm

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn to make three classic Scandinavian treats - krumkake, rosettes, and sandbakkels - using authentic irons and molds. During your session, you’ll rotate through cookie-making stations in small groups, giving everyone the chance to make and taste each type—at least nine cookies total (and possibly more!). To complete the cozy experience, enjoy a cup of hot cider topped with fresh whipped cream while your cookies cool. All supplies and ingredients are provided—just bring your holiday spirit and appetite! Space is limited to 12 people per session. Children 6 and above are welcome with an adult, each with a reserved ticket.

First session: 10 - 11 am
Second session: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Cost: $25 per person. Registration is required as space is limited.
